    Send any message to (604) 229-6580. We reply with a one-time onboarding link that asks for your name, goal, and units (lb or kg). Takes about 30 seconds.

    Log your sets

    Between sets, text what you just did. "bench 3x10 @ 135" or "squat 225x5" or "incline db 145/12/1". The parser handles common shorthand and asks if anything is ambiguous.

    Get coached back

    Each confirm shows volume, your last time on that lift, and a suggestion for next time scaled to your goal. PRs are flagged. The reply is two SMS segments max — fast to read.

    Review when you want
